Concise Resume

I qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1992 and over 23 years have built up my experience and knowledge working in the shipping, logistics and environmental services industries.  Throughout this period I have progressed through the ranks from Management Accountant to Finance Director and Board Director, from a £30m turnover business to a £200m turnover business employing some 1200 employees.

In the latter years I was heavily involved in a company management buyout followed by a further disposal of the company and change in ownership.  In 2010 I established RW Accountancy Services.

Currently, I work with charities either as their treasurer or as an independent reviewer.  In addition to my charitable work I also help private clients with financial reporting and financial compliance.
